These Ayate cloths are made in Mexico in a village populated by the Otomi, an indigenous Mexican people. They are handwoven from the fibers of the sustainably harvested Agave plant. The cloth enterprise helps not only pay the workers wages, but also assists in developing community programs.
The cloth shrinks with contact in water, and wears smooth as you use it.
Each cloth measures approximately 12" x 12"
